Our technical staff will thoroughly verify the cost competitiveness of the product drawings received from customers based on 2D/3D CAD and CAM from the perspectives of FMEA, VA, and VE, and will make proposals that will satisfy them.

All of our molds are manufactured in-house, and we are able to manufacture highly precise molds using NC machine tools. We also handle prototype processing at the development stage, and can also accommodate customer development events.

With 11 machines, we are able to produce cost-competitive products by reducing material costs and processing man-hours.

We are fully equipped with the latest NC servo press machines and link motion press machines to achieve advanced press processing.

We have realized machining of stainless steel material with a material thickness of t0.05, which is an IT equipment product, with micron tolerances and at high speed (400 to 800 SPM).

A state-of-the-art fully automatic hydrocarbon vapor washer/dryer was introduced as degreasing equipment. This allows us to improve quality, guarantee quality, and shorten delivery times even more than ever before.
